“ Do not go here on the weekend. You will not get a seat and their booking system always underestimates the time and glitches frequently. Having said that the food is amazing and is really your only legitimate option for South East Asian food on the east side. The flavors are nostalgic even with the Thai twist. Highly recommend. ”
“ Restaurant is popular so there is a waitlist. They use the yelp waitlist stand. Easy to use and they text or call you if you’re next. Everyone needs to be present before siting. My entire party wasn’t there yet but the owner was very accommodating to my party being late and said to let him know when everyone was here and he can remember to add us back in line. Combo chicken rice is a solid choice to try 2 styles of chicken. I got the crispy chicken and it was so deliciously battered and fried. Portions were great and so many sauce and topping choices! I loved it all. Water cups are good sizes. No complains. Definitely recommend a group of 2-4 to come! Ordering is by table QR code. Love the app since everyone can order on their phones and send out orders at different times as well as choose to sneakily pay for everyone at the table at any time. Food comes out quick! “ We came here on a Sunday afternoon before Memorial Day, and there was a line outside the door. Instead of being discouraged I thought they must be serving some really delicious food inside. We went next door to the bakery and did a little shopping at H Mart to pass the time after putting our names down to reserve the table. We got our table a little over half and hour later. The Thai iced tea arrived before the foods; it wasn't too sweet, and not too light on the tea, it was delicious! I ordered the combo chicken and rice plate, my son opt for the crispy one. My husband got the Phnom Penh noodle soup, my other son got the dry noodle; broth on the side. The foods all arrived less than 10 minutes after we put in our orders so we were happy not have to wait long for it. Oh, my gosh, crispy chicken was cooked to perfection without being dried out; the steamed chicken reminded me of the ones I had in Singapore. Delicious with just a drizzle of the dipping sauce on top of rice and chicken. Everyone else was happy with their foods. I def want to come here again when in the areas. ”

The combo of fried and regular poached chicken is a great option for those that can't decide. Chicken was very flavorful and savory. Sauces were a bit on the salty side as we had a lot of water after the meal. But that's also on me, I get lost in the sauce. Ginger garlic condiment and chili really elevate the dish. I would totally recommend trying this place out. I haven't had south east asian style chicken this good since I was back in Asia! The veggies are a little unanticipated, maybe hipster, but the cucumber and pickled cabbage save the day. Two plates of chicken rice came to around 45. I believe the combo is at 22. It's a bit pricey, but there's good portion and the rice is also flavorful! ”
